Public Seminars and Workshops* If you cancel 21 days in advance of your seminar, you will receive a full refund.
* If you cancel less than 20 days, you will receive a credit to use for a future course of less/same value.
* If you no show or fail to cancel your seminar, you will not receive a refund or credit. All cancellations must be in writing.
Participants must confirm cancellations and transfers by fax or by mail.
* If we cancel a workshop, we will provide as much notice as possible and a full refund will be given.
* When making travel plans, please confirm that the workshop has not been cancelled before purchasing non-refundable tickets.
The Training AdvantEdge reserves the right to change faculty, program dates, and fees as necessary.
The Training AdvantEdge assumes no liability for expenses incurred by participants due to any changes in program dates, including nonrefundable travel and/or lodging expenses.

Self-Paced and E-learning Courses
Course Fee:
The course fee is due upon purchase of the self-paced course and is made through our secure transaction site. A company purchase order may be used, and once payment is received, the self-paced course information for access will be released.
Cancellation:
Cancellation may be made within the first 24 hours, and a 90% refund will be given.
