Stop the Anger Cycle Overview

Once a rageaholic expresses their anger, their chances of throwing a tantrum increases exponentially. Abstaining completely from acting on our anger is the only answer for a rageaholic. 

Participants will:

  * Learn how to take responsibility for their anger. 
  * Learn how to measure or scale their level of anger

Included with your workshop:

  1. Instruction by a fun and knowledgeable trainer
  2. A participant manual or objective assessment
