Facilitator Behavior Overview

The Facilitator Behavior Seminar has been designed to help facilitators of self-managing or self-directed work teams examine their leadership approach to various situations faced by their teams over the course of their development. The purpose of the seminar is to promote discussion aimed at clarifying the leadership orientation required by the role of facilitator.

At the conclusion of this seminar, participants will:

    * To help team leaders clarify their emerging roles as self-managing team facilitators
